Glad you liked the story. He used to buy custom built and painted engines by me from a dealer. he now does all of his own stuff and is good at it. Keep posting pics of your progress. Glenn I will Glen, thank you! I am getting ready to do a little more tonight, and maybe in a couple of days I will have more to show. I had to fix some things, and come up with a little different plan to make it work out better. I helps to have an in house instructor for sure. I mess up and he gives me options on how I can fix it or make it better. Plus the suggestions I get from you all is really great as well for sure. I'm Learning allot! Teresa ;D

Hi Teresa,
I have some extra Kato "lumps" I can send you if you like. Also you might check your frame. If it has pins that the trucks mount onto, you can slip on some early hi adhesion trucks complete from Kato. They are having a garage sale this month and are offering silver ATSF trucks cheap. The other driveline parts are also available. Just a thought. By the way, Glenn forgot to mention his patented "High Gleam" finish that he applies to all of his locomotives. Something about gleaming black and blue....

Thank you Mike!
Good information, and I think I will take you up on your offer.
I think I really picked a doozy for my very first project, but I figure if I can get this one done, then it will hopefully be easier on my next project. This learning process has been teedious for sure =) But I think I am up for the challange.
Glen? Well if he comes out with some "High Gleam" red and yellow, I might be gettin some of that....LOL Maybe I will ask him about that...lol
Thank you again Mike. Teresa =D
