Looking good, If your model is going to be #8828 you'll need a rear plow and change the truck sideframes to SD40 sideframes.

You definitely have got The Touch, Kai! Everything you have shown us is Superb! The weathering of each piece is Spot On! And I especially like your display track, it really showcases all of your efforts and talents. Keep up the good work!

Good work on the engines. The covered hoppers were a pleasant surprise. I like the weathering too.

I especially like the looks of the trucks on the freight cars, they are as true to life as the real thing! Absolutely amazing!!

wo-hahahoowww!!!
I really like the weathering on 2749 and the hoppers. Some really nice work on the pitted rust. I've seen some other guys do that and I think it just brings a whole scene to life when you have other stuff lightly weathered or whatever. NICE!

thanks ;D This is a reason why I me as a European with the US model roads occupies, here in Germany the railway looks very monotonous and clean. For the rust effect I take "Instant Rust" www.dickblick.com/products/instant-iron-and-instant-rust/This is, so to speak, a real rust on my Trinity covered hoppers and locomotives and after wards is refined with airbrush, and it further rusts, thereby it looks more natural Only real rust is a right rust ;D Kai
