Handrails, EMD, should be .015" brass wire (exact scale, .014"). Just pick up a package of brass wire from Detail Associates and bend it by hand to match.

Could try using an Athearn wire set, lay it on its side on a piece of wood. Mark each bend, drill holes and insert small needles used for pinning clothing. Bend the wire around the needles, That should give your the basic look. Then try and hold them together and finish the ends! Just an idea!
