Step3 .- You will need four things: a B40-8W old shell (for parts donor), a lot of styrene (you will need make yourself the parts for your Super 7), some pics by your favorite Super 7 (to watch all the details) and the most important: KEEP THE CALM EVERYTIME, because if you want a good Super 7, this model may be take you some weeks or months. I have built 2 Conrail ex Monogahela Super 7's and I'm working on 2 more. I used an Atlas U23B chassis with Blomberg trucks and an Atlas B40-8 shell. I cut out what doors I needed from the shell and rearranged them as needed and filled the blank spaces with styrene. I still need a radiator intake grille, I think an Athearn tunnel motor grills could be used. They are pretty close with only minimal compromises made. I can take in progress photos when I chop up the next shell if anyone wants.
