The weathering is what makes it look so good to me. Lightly done, but the car still looks in good shape and serviceable. Very nice!

Hi guys, thanks for all your comments! I appreciate your time and feedback! Lucas, the couplers are the San Juan scale coupler, these have an operating knuckle and lift pin. They are made out of a Delrin plastic, so to paint them I first give them a spray coat of automotive adhesion promoter made to help paint bond to plastics, followed by a light mist of Rustoleum primer.

That looks amazing,
you should sand down the knuckles of the couplers to show rough coupling.
Maybe rust them like you did your wheels?
It would add to the realism.
