Kind of hard to criticize when the finished product looks that good! Your detailing skills look like they're about on par with mine so......
I think your weathering is better than I could do, and to me it looks spot on for SP.

THAT is One Fine Piece of Work, Jesse!! Your detail work is perfectly executed and your weathering job is very well done!! If you ever get the opportunity, I would love to see it photographed outdoors, in natural light (like you did with your Katy unit, which is awesome, as well!). BTW, Welcome to the Detailer!!

Thanks guys... im always my own worst critic.. i have alot to learn.. especially tricks with CA glue.. i still make a mess with it.. have to figure out tricks..lol... and as for taking outdoors pics.. i WISH i had, i really do, because it looked alot better... but, unfortunatly, i sold this unit (as well as the MKT) on ebay.... its kinda what i do... i enjoy building them, but dont have room at the moment to keep all of them, so i build them, get better each time, and sell them (sorry, im not trying to advertise myself.. just giving some info ) btw...great site!!!!

^^^ thank you very much for the input.... and i will keep the commentary in mind for the next one.. this was more of a "test" post, to see how many pics i could upload and whatnot.. .. the next one ill add commentary to.. because i also like reading as i view pics.. get insight on what the modeler was doing doing each step:)
as for the CA glue.. how long will is stay liquid in a cap? does it dry out or harden quickly?
and as for the light... thats a great idea! i dont know why i didnt think about it

Great job with all the detail parts. You certainly helped me. I have always had problems installing all of the "under frame" detail parts. DW's diagrams are hard for me to understand. Now I have photos to reference. GREAT JOB!

That does look nice. And if you need messy, I'm sure you're little furball in the middle pictures would be happy to help. Nicely detailed unit, I really like it!
