I'm big into steel mill modeling and I have seen pictures of Atlas Material Transfer Locomotives. These loco have a weigh bin built onto the locomotive. These locos can be seen mostly on highlines around steel mill moving other rolling stock or delivering raw material to blast furnaces for steel making.
