I guess there's a new type of GEVO running around, pic taken in Goodnight, TX on 2/7/2011 Spotting difference is on the truck sideframes, extra brake chambers and arms.

It's an ES44C4.
If I understand correctly, it's an basically an ES44AC with A-1-A trucks. The extra hardware on the trucks is to adjust the tractive effort by changing the amount of weight carried by the center axle.

Yup, that extra "brake" cylinder is used to raise and lower the center axle/wheelset assembly. I know it's not really a brake cylinder, but what it is really called. Anyone know?

Those extra cylinders are hydraulic powered, and not air powered, the lines going to it are smaller than the air lines, this is something DA could make for a direct replacement for the Intermountain ES44AC truck sideframes.
