My steamers

I only have two steamers. The first is a Mantua Hudson that I bought years ago but finally put some effort into it last year. The second is a Bowser Challenger that is only half done and has been sitting on the shelf since I found this site . Detailing the Hudson the way I wanted too did two things for me. One it got me started into super detailing and two it is what made me come up with the RG&S because it does not match any particular prototype.

Glad to see someone use this subforum. I was afraid it might get deleted before I could post something in it.

Right now it is on diplay, but is fully operational for future trips. The company does not have any passenger cars for excursions at this time

I always thought one of those Challenger kits would be a fun build but I never got my hands on one before athearn came out with theirs. Nice Work!

I wonder if anyone has done the N&W John Henry It is a huge Locomotive steam fired turbine that in turn spun a Generator that supplied electricity to traction motors? NICE Loco's Sarge!!!!!!!love the challenger!
