Here is a Proto 2000 SD45 That I added a new Airhorn to, It was weathered by a good buddy of mine, Here is one of my Kato SD45's. I added all the extra details and Tom Adair weathered it for me. Matt

Very nice! I did an SD45 in RDG a while back, including the extended front cab wall. Sadly, some of the handrail paint has chipped off and has to be redone, so no close up shots yet! If I'm not mistaken you post regularly on the Atlas forum, I've always admired your layout and motive power collection, keep sharing!

I remember those big EL SD-45's from when I lived back east. Anyone recall the 3 that were traded to D&H and had the maroon painted over in blue?
Good looking power, indeed! (the models, I mean!)

Actually D & H traded 3 SD45's 801, 802, and 803 for 3 Erie Lackawanna U33C's #'s 3301, 3302, and 3303. Everything was returned to it original owners in early 1976 just before C-Day on April 1st.
