Hi friends! One of my actual projects is to convert 2 Athearn U30C in 2 authentic brazilian U23C. I have already bought almost all the parts I need at Atlas Online Store. Among the missing parts is 730207 U30C Sill Phase III. I don't know why, Atlas does not allow me to buy this specific part using credit card. I tried to buy using US dollars, but it seems that this option is not available to non US residents. Could anyone buy the missing parts (less than US$20,00) and send it to me in Brazil?
