...and the handrails are flaking a bit. I've been researching ways to paint delrin handrails (started a thread recently in the Help forum), and once I get it figured out I'll re-do the handrails. I can't find the thread to see what others have said but here are a few of my suggestions. Using fine sand paper rough up the surface. Yes it is tedious but all you need is a couple strokes over the piece to give a little tooth as those Delrin handrails are slippery. It you have a grit blaster, use that instead. Eleswhere, I have heard others have suggested vinegar but I'm not so sure about that. Try using the Badger Modelflex stuff on the handrails as well. Thanks for the tips, that pretty much sums up the advice I was given. Also going to experiment with Plastic Adhesion Promoter. If this link works the thread is here: dieseldetailer.proboards53.com/index.cgi?board=help&action=display&thread=640Thanks!

I am not 100% sure if its still a GMTX unit or they are still leasing it. I am also not 100% sure that they might have added the Dym Brake Hatch too. They did remove the class lights and there are some other patch paint jobs. I thought all the CR GP38 dual control cabs were w/o dym. brakes.

Also, the Bangor & Aroostook bought some PRSL units with extra-cabs.
