Jim, those look pretty good for Bachmann. I'm glad nobody wanted to buy the one I had on ebay.

Thanks Randy. I wanted to get yours, but have been tight on the cash, my oldest daughter just started college . Now it looks like I will be making an emergency trip to Wisconsin either this weekend or middle of next week to see my uncle.

I've got a Bachmann Spectrum undec on the bench. The owner of an LHS pulled me aside about a year or so ago and told me about his recent shipment of Bachmann units. He explained how their QC was hit or miss, but this batch seemed to run great. He put one on the test track, ran great. So even though there are more nicely detailed SD45s out there, I'm going to take this Bachmann, add a bunch of Cannon and other parts, add a sound decoder, and do it justice. Only thing holding me back is what road to do it in, torn between NYS&W, CR, PC and EL. Either way I can't wait to get started on it, it's next in line after my CR ex-PRSL GP38.
