Great shots.
I love that double line bridge on a single line, the unused rails look sad.

Nice pictures Rudy, I'm sure you'll share lots of good photo's with us from the M&E. Detail shots of the C430 would be great!

Nice pictures Rudy, I'm sure you'll share lots of good photo's with us from the M&E. Detail shots of the C430 would be great! They don't have either one of them anymore. Both of them are working up on the LAL in NY.

Now that's a bummer! I didn't realize they were off the property. Oh well.

Now that's a bummer! I didn't realize they were off the property. Oh well. That's okay though. There's still the two ex-TP&W C424's, a pair of ex-CP C424's, an ex-Erie Mining RS11, an RS1, a pair of ex-Santa Fe SW1200 rebuilds, and the SW1500. And a little Plymouth. There's also an MK-rebuilt GP9 that's in pieces right now because they're putting an EMD engine back in it. Then, you have to consider all the other equipment they work on. They own the Maine Eastern, meaning we'll also regularly see FL9's, F40PH's, and a GP7. And they're operating the Stourbridge Line, so we'll see the BL2 occasionally (although that was just in the shop for a month and left a few weeks ago, so I don't know that I'll see it again this summer). The M&E also buys old ALCo's for parts. For a while they had an M630 outside the shop completely gutted. They've got at least one or two more ex-CP C424's laying around somewhere, and I think they still have another ex-Erie Mining RS11 somewhere.

You'll have to trade in those shorty pants for some good heavy jeans now. Doyle McCormack saw me in shorts once and told me...."Hey Randy, I seen better lookin legs on a spider".

I like that Milwaukee hopper, not many still have the "Americas Resourceful Railroad" plate on the sides. That's an awesome catch! You don't have any more photos of that car do you?
