After I delivered a load in Little rock the other day, I parked at a small truckstop right next to the Little Rock Port Authority RR track, I got lucky I would say, and got this morning shot, and then had to run up to St. Louis, MO with a load.

The next day, I came back through Little Rock and parked at the same truckstop and got some afternoon lit shots of the same loco.

In this shot the train is coming off the wye track headed back to the yard. The conductor is walking next to the train.

That's nifty! looks to be a pretty easy paint job too--that font on the long hood looks to be the standard font of the world: Helvetica!

I thought about using this paint job for a Freelance Industrial RR on my future Freelance Shortline layout. And use my initials as the Lease company reporting marks with an X at the end of it, like this GWLX, and have my hometown name for the RR, like DeFuniak Springs Port Authority RR.
