 SWEET! The AC's always looked good in speed lettering! And I like that you've modified the cab to resemble what they actually would have looked like upon delivery.

In my SP world, the first three C60AC's were delivered with the same trucks as the C44AC's. Those being the 600-602. The 603-605 were delivered with the "stearable" version like those found on the CSX units. This was only a test by the SP and was not repeated on the units that followed, 606-699.

You can also look at this as a view as to what is to come....... SP ES44AC's! As soon as I can find a halfway descent model, two will be immediately ordered! These units will be going into the 500 series. The current 500 series, the MK5000C's, are renumbered to fall into 1-99. Yes, I expanded the MK5000C order to fill this area. This will allow for a complete GE block from 100 to 699.

If the Borg hadn't gotten its hands on Espee, then I'm sure EMD and GE would have been very happy with all the locomotive orders they'd be receiving. |
