nice photos of the interior--it's very similar to the GE control stand. I remember seeing that on the Trillium Ry. in Southern Ontario. Nice that it still kept its CN number, even if the right rear board is missing. "Max SPeed 75Mph." Not on this shortline!

If you decide to go ride the Oil Creek & Titusville, be aware they have a few teenage car hosts that are less than friendly. The OC&T has rules against leaning your elbow near an open window sill. I had a car host treat me rudely and slam a window down on me, treating me like a kid. I've been around trains all my life being from a railroad family, and with working for Norfolk Southern, so I'm very saftey consious. But their rules are a bit anal as far as I'm concerned, and my experience with a teenage car host ruined my trip and I will not return even with the free passes I have.

Being around the NS you should be used to being treated like that. P

What was ironic, was the fact that a guy 4 seats in front of me had his arm out of the window during the whole trip and was waving at people, yet they said nothing to him. I was holding my cane the whole time with my right hand and never had my arm anywhere near the window. The Titusville area is very depressed and the teenagers working for the railroad are a bunch of smart alecs. We heard them laughing and joking about the train nuts having no lives and being train buffs. The management better make some changes or they won't have many of us buffs coming around soon. All of the riders in our car heard them chiding amoungst themselves about the riders and they got a lot of complaints.

Teenagers should not be working around trains. 2. this needs to be reported to the management. P
