Hello all. I'm out of province working, but before I left I took some quick pics of projects past and current. The work people post on this site is inspiring to me, and I wanted to share some of my projects with you, such as they are. This one is a Bombardier HR412W made form an old Associated Model Makers kit, with many added & modified parts. It is powered by an Athearn BB drive. My apologies for photo quality. <a href="http://s762.photobucket.com/albums/xx268/champstermike/Model%20Trains%201/?action=view¤t=081.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i762.photobucket.com/albums/xx268/champstermike/Model%20Trains%201/081.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> [/img]<a href="http://s762.photobucket.com/albums/xx268/champstermike/Model%20Trains%201/?action=view¤t=082.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i762.photobucket.com/albums/xx268/champstermike/Model%20Trains%201/082.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>[/img]

Mike, HTML doesn't work here. You have to use UBB Code.

Thanks for fixing the code, I'm going to have to go back and look at what I did wrong. I put another post in the GM section, it's not going to work either. Sorry gentlemen.

Since you're linking from Photobucket, you just need to copy the IMG code rather than the HTML.

CN Lines did a feature a while ago, a fellow who worked at Gordon Yard in Moncton shared his memories of the HR 616s. They were anything but well built by the sounds of it. He tells of the weld between the cab & carbody breaking, but the cracks could often only be found when the units were working on the road and the carbody was flexing. Nothing beats a cab full of diesel exhaust I'm sure. I'm sure the 412s were no better.

Thank you kindly sir. It will benefit greatly from dullcote, weathering and a better camera.
