Hey there, Here is my new adventure. I have spliced together an Atlas U33C and a U23B to create my U33B. I have been waiting for this engine and came to the realization that if this is to be it would have to be done in house. so this is my attempt. I took the drive, walkway, cab and nose from the U23B and spliced in the hood (minus a section just behind the cab) and radiator section from the U33C. I am in the process of adding all of the details and working on the fireman's side walkway, by adding the required extra "battery" box and cutting up handrails to match the prototype. When all is done I will share it here again, but the next time you see this unit, it will be painted for the Penn Central. Jeff B

Nice job, but that's the biggest picture I've ever clicked on. We are supposed to keep them at 800 pixels wide.

Randy, What's wrong with how the picture is set - I see a small image - and clicking on the image will give me a nice big image. I actually prefer the large picture - as the details can be seen. What If the person who is following along is trying to understand the door layout of the model in question? I do believe if the image is going to be set to largeer than the set screen size, that the smaller thumbnail is presented? Is this a problem on your computer? The image does state the actual size 2288 x 1721. If this is an issue for your system, wouldn't you avoid opening it by not clicking on it? Regards, Brian

Because it's one of the rules. Not only that, I have to pay every month for the photo attachment storage, and it uses up a lot of my space allotment. All you have to do is get a free site at Photobucket, upload the pictures there, and use the URL here to post the pictures. There is a click able instruction page at the top of the forum that explains how to do it. You can even set Photobucket up to resize the pictures to 800 pixels automatically. I picked up the attachment option out of my own pocket, and I don't have to.

OK - I didn't know that you could upload photos to the site now. I have been using the photobucket setup since you told me to wayback when.

If I don't pay, the pictures go away, and I'm financially embarrassed at this time. Thanks for the input.

So now that I have a photobucket account, how do I allow anybody to see my album?? Jeff B EDIT: Jeff, click on MODIFY and look at the tags below. Click on it and follow the instructions. You want the address where it says direct link below your picture to post here. Who made the radiator vents? They look great and so does the project.

If you are talking about my photo, that's the way the Proto 2000 came. My P2K shell is on a modified Athearn frame and a Hi Tech high hood was added.
