One thing I would suggest is add some poo stains dripping down the sides, I know that may gross out some people here, but oh well, I see a lot of bull hauler trucks that have that "feature" on their trailers, and do it around where a cows rump height would be. ;D

These are an older release but walthers has released them recently as RTR.
I migth go do some field research out here in kansas...maybe I could place a few nuggets in the car to really give it that true cattle car smell =)

Don't go overboard modeling the 'poo'. The railroads, because of tight regulations, were quick to steam clean and / or lime (to dissinfect) the stock cars as soon as they were empty. Look at some in-service (not stored) stock cars, and more than likely you'll find whitish staining from the floor level down from the liberal use of a liming agent.

Glenn...
I was thinking of mixing the Seahawks Green and Blue together... That should give me an accurate color of SH**
or maybe all the stock FORD colors =) =) =)
This thread is starting to stink... I think it best I leave the car as is being as its already posted on evilbay=) See ya this weekend Glenn!!

I like the aged wood look you've given your stock cars, this one and the GN. The worn paint on the roof is quite good too. It regards to the other staining, I'm not sure about the NP but the GN must have really cleaned their stock cars out in order to install liners and use the cars to haul grain. Again, nice looking car.

I couldn't help but LMAO when reading everybodies responses today. ;D
As far as the "poo", you could model a car that is carrying a "load" or you could model one that was just steam cleaned. ;D
