This is a Atlas Shell on an Athearn walkway and frame. It was easier to add an extra step to the Athearn than the metal Atlas frame.

That's a pretty col paint scheme and nice work on the engine..I liked the CF7's they had.... I first saw those in a Trains magazine many years ago..
