Thanks for the comments and questions. 1) The lift rings are Utah Pacific #LR-62. 2) The shell is Rail Power Products.

I would of bet money it was an Atlas shell Steve. Great looking GE I second that! I had assumed it was an Atlas, and would have never thought it to be a RPP shell! Is the frame also RPP with Athearn trucks? Where'd you get the decals........Microscale? Good job on the colors too. The gray is dead on! Rick www.fourrocksmodelworks.com

The frame is Rail Power. The trucks are Athearn with Smokey Valley/Train Station Products sideframes. The paint is Scalecoat II D & H Gray. The decals are Microscale #87-520. The handrails are Utah Pacific HS-87 stanchions and Detail Assoc. 2505 wire.

Looks really nice, How do you get the chains attached on the front rails?

Jay, I'll give that a try. It looks like I've got a cab gap like PEIR brought up in another section. Larry, I CAed the chain to the bit of handrail left when I cut the middle section. Here's a head on shot. I didn't notice that I didn't paint the chain until I went looking for the picture. It's black now.
