In complete agreement with everyone...great work!!!
Did you use an additional board (like the one from ngineering) for the strobe effect on the four beacons? Is the random flashing preset? What did you use for the clear beacon housing?

Looks good. What kit did you use? The Kaslo website seems to be having problems, and I was wondering if the cab/nose section is available separately, or if it comes as a complete shell. Can you provide any further information as to how it was built please. Matthew

The whole shell + detailed parts are sold as a kit. IIRC, there are two versions avalible from Kaslo:
HL21 - GP9RM with 36" fans HL2? - GP9RM with 48" fans
With some simple filing, a Proto 2000 GP7/9/18 drive will fit under it.

Kaslo is selling his shells on ebay, after the bidding time ends, he usually relist all new ones a couple days later, I've bought the SDF40-2, GP10, F59PH and M420R shells this way. Just look for "Kaslo" in the find box, there are a couple of other people selling kaslo shells right now. But the one that I buy from is "Kalso Shops Distributing", but there is no listings at this time from him.
