Hello all, Here are several photos of my latest completed project, SSW SD40T-2 #8324 as she looked in the late 1980's with the full light show intact. MODEL DETAILS: Factory painted model, upgraded with see-thru radiator air intake, full antenna piping with actual antennas, truck air lines, speed recorder, fine-scale MU hoses, correct plow, cut levers, horn, fuel tank details, wipers, etc. Weathered to represent the prototype in the late 1980's. Equipped with fully operational headlights and gyra lights front and rear. Not too much dirt, yet not too clean!

Between you and Kiro, ya'll are killin me. I have 5 tunnel motors lined up begging for attention. 2 will be DRGW, 1 SP, 1 SSW, and I have not decided about the 45 yet, if I get real brave, I could do the SSW bicentenial unit That is some awesome work you did. Ya'll keep raising the standard for me with these units

I remember 30 some years ago when I first saw these I thought they were the ugliest thing I ever saw. They are growing on me now that the Bessemer has them. Great job.

Nicely detailed and weathered. Eleven T-motors will make an impressive photograph.

@ kiro: I use several things to weather my models, chalks, air brush and by paint brush. @ gnsteve: Thanks for the comment, and yes, eleven 40/45T-2's will be an awesome lash-up!
