I found this page on another forum and thought you all would like to see it. Very good work by John Mosbarger. The detailing is on a newer SP SD45T-2 but some of the ideas can be used on anyother engines also.... shastaroute.railfan.net/Model-SD45T-2_TOC.html

I created the Shasta Route web site, but the modeling articles on the SD45T-2 were done by Donnell Wells, a very good modeler and also a railroad employee. He created the SD45T-2 Yahoo group solely for the purpose of posting his articles. Unfortunately he never got any farther than what has been posted. As for me, I'm trying to get my modeling back in order after a very long hiatus. Focus was originally the SP, but the BN keeps calling me! Anyway, glad to be here. I may not be able to contribute much in the way of modeling for a while, but I still go out and take a lot of pictures for modeling ideas. Regards, John

welcome to dd Shasta and yes a very good source on the Sp SD 45t-2 we are go have to add that link to our own build source page that some of us are working on.QUESTION where do we send the info on builds i need and email etc... I have a few list already compiled
