What are the differences between a Phase II and Phase III U30C? Specifically in the sill. I have an Atlas U30C Phase III, but I need a Phase II. Atlas still offers the shell, handrails etc, but they are sold out of the Phase II sills. Will a Phase II shell work with a Phase III sill, or is there too much difference?
Thanks,
Eddie

The only differences between the two sills was on the left side above the fuel tank. The phase II had a double step whereas the phase III had a single step. But that is an easy fix with an X-Acto knife and some sand paper.

Hi all, phase II's had 8 equipment locker's, hence the double step. Somewhere around 1969 they went to 6 door's and from a flat screen radiator intake to a waffle screen(more surface area for better flow) The ATLAS U33c has 6 door's and an oddball door for "search" equipment test harness's. don't know if 30's had that. The pilot's went thru some change's also.
