You did a great job on that one Alex. It really makes a out of the box unit look plain without all the details. I usually pulled the windows out when I weathered. What did you mask yours with? Well thanks guys! I used Tamiya masking tape (18mm). I think the next project will be a CP GP7u. Will be built on an Atlas/Kato frame and shell.

Alex, That is an amazing weathering job for your first time on a real model. I'm impressed. The engine has the right feel to it. Great Job!!!

You have done a phenomenal job on that locomotive, from the detailing, paint and the weathering, that is a very realistic looking engine!

Alex, Your MLW C424 looks great. I am working on a quartet of these. Just curious what type of LEDs you were using. I haven't seen any in the very small round style like that.

The weathering is well done, great job! What about hitting the couplers and wheels with some rusty hues? What era are you modelling?
