this might be in the wrong place but here goes anyhow. i'm putting a high hood on my sd40-2 & i cut the cab (butchered it) to short. anyone have one they don't need or want? thanks

I would recommend getting a Cannon Cab as it will fit much easier and not require surgery to get this to fit.

I would also recommend getting a Cannon cab, but I think that I have an extra SD40-2 cab. PM me.

i ended up buying the cannon hood. as soon as i get the decals on, i'll post some pictures. it's nothing like you guys do though. this is my first. just a blue box athearn with the cannon hood & cab. i bought some southern & norfolk southern horse head decals, i'm not sure which i'll do yet. the stripes for the southern look like they would be very challenging. any tips?

ever put on the Microscale southern tuxedo stripes? thats what i'm wanting to do, but i'm a little intimidated.
