I'm looking for 2 body shells for a Bachmann BQ23-7 diesel loco. My grandson's pet hamster ate the body off of mine. I guess parking it near the roundhouse was not a good idea with a plastic eating hamster around. Any help will be very welcome.

Well, somewhere I posted about 2 weeks ago a nice ebay auction for just this. You will find that Ebay is the only real place to find them anymore.
One member on here has built a few of them.

Driller, A question? Are the cabs salvageable? If so you could graft them onto an exsisting B23-7 shell, such as RailPower Products, Bachmann Spectrum or Atlas. Just a thought. Dan

Dan, I looked at that possibility, but the little sucker ate the cab end and not the aft section. I just found out my wife gave direct orders that if he brought the "cute little critter" with him anymore, it was open season for gramps.

Tom, most hamsters don't like Italian food. I got a couple of Rivorassi shells if you want to give him a belly ache! ;D
