If you assemble the cabs using blocks, the cab should not warp. I use 1-2-3 blocks to make sure everythig is square.

The parts to the cab are most likely not warped. I shoot the parts myself any would reject them right on the spot. If they truly warped, contact me through the web page. www.cannonandco.netWhat you might be experiencing is the slight bowing of the front and back walls when it is assembled, due to the draft angle in the edges of the front and back walls. The glue tends to make that surface pull down against the inside surface of the sides. The cure for that as Brian's web page so nicely points out is to remove the draft, by filing or block sanding the side edges of the front and back wall. We are not talking about very much material. so use prudence. Using blocks during assembly is helpful but not necessary. Long ago before I started removing the draft on cabs I built, I had the bowing problem. However once glued to the nose and long hood, the issue goes away. I hope this helps Dave Hussey Cannon and Company

OK,
Need to clarify my description. When trying to assemble the front and rear walls its a pain in the A$$ trying to glue the doors in. Have read Banna site and removed the bosses but they don't seem to lay flat when you try to install the doors. I also remove the draft on the edges. If i could get these parts to lay flat it would be easier. Maybe its just me, I understand the process but getting it to work is frustrating me.

I would say if you haven't assembled the cab yet and the parts are not laying flat they are warped. Dave says to contact him at his site. Dave is a great guy to deal with and a treasured member of this forum.
