Western Maryland never rostered the GP30 but if the had here is my "WHAT IF" unit custom painted by Southern Tier Models. In my alternate Railroad world WM ordered 5 GP30's and a few months after the Chessie System creation they were renumbered to fit in the roster behind B&O's GP30's so they became 6977-6981. This was inspired by the Western Maryland Scenic RR's 2 GP30's
