Cannon radiator fan mounting

The GP38-2 i'm getting ready to build I have a question to ask about the cannon fans.

As you look from above the fans they have 3 points for supporting the fan hub.

Are these supports supposed to be lined up in a certain direction pointing towards each other or pointing to the side of the body.

Read the directions carefully, the description on how the fans fit are in one of the long descriptions and cover 4 and 6 axle locos. I cannot quote this to you right off at this point. But I am willing to help as I can.
