Late SD9 Carbody ?

on this unit you can see it looks like an SD24 nose, cab, battery boxes, and sill, and the first section behind the cab then it looks like it becomes the SD9 long hood.

I ask as you can see a curved section between the SD24 section and the SD9 hood am I correct in looking at this beast correctly.

Yes, late production SD9 used the GP9 cab, nose and sub base. Radiator fans were also reduced to TWO large fans one of which is covered by winterization hatch in that photo.
