actually the paint and the logos on this loco ar heritage because there orginal RS1 was scraped and they thought ben freeland the orignal owner of the M&E who had passed away before the 21 was painted would have liked to see It in the orignal paint. i wonder how a C424 would look in this paint ;D although it would be kind of hard to do all the striping in HO . Atlas made the orignal RS1 15 and the S2 12 in HO and O
