Hi,

I just got my account approved here on the forum. I have been out of model railroading for many years, but am getting back into the hobby - starting from scratch as it is.

I am working on layout plans and have purchased some slightly used unassembled/undercoated rolling stock kits and some new and used Athearn, Atlas, and Bachmann diesel locos. I am looking to detail the old locos, that's how I came across this forum.

I plan on modeling ATSF in transition form pre-war to their merger with BNSF in 1996, as well as the Apache Railway short-line that connects with ATSF (the current BNSF) at Holbrook, AZ.

I look forward to learning all I can from the members of this forum.
