Hello again. Is it me or did proto relaease the 2 GP30 CP rail 8200/8201 5000/5001 with the correct vertical headlights front and rear? Seem to be a number on the auction site but short of asking the seller can't be sure of what you're bidding on. thanks for any advice.Only looking for the burgundy and gray scheme units. Anthony

Proto did release the CP Rail action red GP30 with both an upper and nose headlight. The maroon and grey version was only released with an upper front headlight. The rear headlight has always been the incorrect EMD style horizontal light. In order to correct it, you will have to add MBE rear backup light L15 and cover the front upper headlight with a MBE B2 bell. miniatures-by-eric.myshopify.com/collections/ho-detail-partsMBE also makes the nose headlight as well. If you are doing the later release action red version with the nose headlight, the recess for the light is slightly different than Proto portrayed and needs to be filed a little deeper with a squared off top depicting a Canadian GMDD built unit.

I think most Cannon and Co. long hood end comes with a vertical mount that you can then add a DW or DA headlight onto. I know the blank end and one with number boards have this part, so they may all have it.
