I have a couple of Atlas C30-7's and B23-7's that i would like to replace their handrails. Would it be difficult to fit the Atlas Dash 7 with the Smokey Valley kits or are they only good for the Rail Power and Bachmann shells?

I don't see any reason why they wouldn't work. In theory they should all be the same. I have a couple Smokey Valley sets for the C30-7 but I've never looked at putting them on an Atlas. Biggest issue I think you might run into is not being able to reuse the Atlas mounting holes. If that's the case just plug the factory holes with styrene rod and sand smooth. Then drill new holes for the Smokey Valley stanchions.

I forgot Utah Pacific did the GE stanchions. They make pretty nice parts.
