Stephen
I used the Microscale 87-957 meant for the H16-44, H24-66 and RS-3. I cut the 'Canadian National' bar to fit on the 44T. It is too long but I couldn't find an alternative. If you are getting the Bachman 44T, there is a small parts baggie off to the side that has the right lights in it. I wish I had seen that before I painted. The paint is the new TLT paint too. If you want a deal on the unused paint, I am coming to PEI in May.....

I ordered that Microscale set a week ago so I guess I got lucky on that one. A deal on paint sounds good. It it relabeled Scalecoat or water based? Relabelled Waterbased Pollyscale in the true colours I was told

Thanks Randy. The guy I painted them for is happy too. I really have a new 'appreciation' for Bachmann assembly. The darn things were near impossible to dissassemble. And glueing friction fit hand rails is insane. I would like to have a word with the person who mandated that. Add that to the non response from Bachmann on spare parts. Shazbot!

Yup I agree. I'll be custom building a 70 and 44T in Muncie & Western here shortly. They will be my first bench project in almost 2 years!!!!!!
