Hi, Here are a couple of Bachmann Spectrum locos I bought and detailed for the ICG. A friend of mine painted and weathered them close to pictures he had taken of the actual locos. Both were bought cheap and are my first two attempts at detailing.. The Gp30 has more detail than the 35. The 30 has lift rings and canon fans although they aren't built quite right... Both have decoders added and they run really well with just a little growl.. Thanks for looking, Stuart

The GP30 was the most stylish design GM ever did, nice work.

I agree, Dan, it is as if GM car designers were told to come up with a locomotive design. Great lines and a brutish look that says "power"!

Definitely stylish. I believe GM did get their automotive designers involved in the GP30 project. The models turned out great, nice and dirty
