Gentlemen, here is my version of a SBD SYS GP16, no. 4978. This model began as an undec. P2K GP7. With measurements in hand, I cut the nose to the correct height and then added the front windshield from a Cannon & Co. cab kit. I removed the kit battery boxes and fabricated new battery boxes and step guards from Evergreen .040" styrene. Other detail parts are from Cannon & Co., DW, DA, Archer Fine Transfer, A-Line and American Model Builders. This little geep has been on my to do list for a long, long time and it's about ready to make a visit to the paint booth. Comments welcomed. Bob
