That Ingalls unit would be pretty much a total scatchbuild. The GEs could be done using an FA/B2 as a starting point. I keep looking at those cab units myself and wonder how hard or easy it might be to do. That said I keep looking at the FA/B1 as a starting point for a Black Maria kitbash.
