I like the mirror effect to. That's not something I've ever seen done, but the effect is sure worth it. I wonder if spraying some clear gloss on the mirror would slightly reduce the "perfectness" of the reflection, maybe like there are ripples on the water. I don't know, but what you have here sure looks neat!

I've seen mirrors used in backdrops before to extend a scene before, but wow! I would never have thought to use one in place of water.

That is outstanding work. The mirror is a great effect, but I think the real credit should go to the weathering job. I wish I could make rust look like that!!!

That's some great weathering, Jurg. Maybe you can tell us how you did it. Jeremy The Weathering Shop

Thanks for clarifying, as I always thought the reflection was a photoshop trick.
Outstanding work as always!

I gotta say jr59, everytime I look at your work it's a virtual "clinic" on how to make a diorama. I learn something new everytime.
Thanks for posting!

Hello Lucas
I made the Pictures not the Diorama. My Friend Stefan Foerg from Germany made the Diorama.

Holly smokes ! Everything and I mean Everything about these photos is astounding. The reflection effect is so damn cool and the models and diorama are most definitely Top Shelf !
I just keep going back to them over and over.
Masterful work on all of it.
