I haven't built any structures in a while, but now I'll have reason to! I'm not sure how these compare to the brass clamps I was planning on buying from Micro-Mark though. They got me to make an impulse purchase by keeping these near the checkout counter...

Sean- I got these at a hobby shop, but I've never seen them anywhere else. I'm still figuring out what to build with them...

So ... what are the dimensions of the HO and N clamp sets (i.e. how large are the triangles that are on the inside of the clamp - how long is the clamping surface?). I can see that for smaller HO constructs one might need the N scale clamps, and some joints would be too small for the N scale set.
