I have run into one item that I don't know how to deal with in making my TEBU. It concerns the screen for the air intake. Is there something available commercially to make the screen? Any suggestions?

I *thought* Plano was working on some photo etch that could be used.

Get me a drawing of it and I can try to etch it for you.

The dynamic intake, if that's what 'screen' you're referring to, looks similiar to a shortened F45 electrical cabinet intake. Kaslo makes them in etched steel, but I'm sure others do too.
Hope this helps a little.

Take a look at Cannon & Company # 1803 Dynamic Brake Intake Grill for the SD50. I have it on good authority Ms. Allen cuts this stuff up for her dynamic brake grills. Good luck! - Arved
