Maybe some of you know those kits. Jay's trains parts........ They was the finest resin kit I ever see for kits made in +- 1997-2003. By those years, I was in the beginning of model railroading when I purchased one of those beautiful kit. I didn't know anything about resin, it was totally new to me. What I was knowing is I want something different then everyone else. As to date, I have done a dozen of those GP's and SD's for my self and to customer and I still have 1 SD and 1 GP for my self and 4 GP's for a customer. It was 4 variation of SD and 2 for the SD's The price was +- 95$ for the GP's and +- 125 for the SD's Here what was look like the kits.....

These look great, I am envious. Trying to convert a Kato SD40-2 to -2W in zebra stripe and boy is the cab hard work! I've put it to one side for now.

Don,t give up I also started one 12 years Argo and never finish it. I putted it in a box when I got my two SD From Jay. Better to be later then never....... Tonight, I did bring her back on the decks and give her a other chance to be in pleasure revenue. With Railflyer parts, It will be more easy er.
