Hey all,
I didn't wanna hijack either post so...
Uncle Jay was saying in the SD9-3 thread that Phosphorbronze is stiffer than brass. I also just learned from icghogger that brass wire can be annealled to make it softer and workable so it won't break. -would that help with the Phoshorbronze as well or is that unnecessary?

Yes, annealing PB wire makes it softer.

Uncle Jay is right, Dan. I only anneal that part of the PB or brass wire I want to flatten, not bend.

aha, ok, I'll keep that in mind... it's easier anyway right!
And these smaller eyebolt Jay is making... one could use DA for most of the hood and then the smaller ones for around the inertial filter hatch. I got the Plano rings for this, and while they are nice they are flat and difficult to install neatly. (for me anyway, difficult to make a hole for that at that small size)
