have you ever had a relationship go so wrong that your models take the brunt of the falling out. unfortantly thats what happend to my SSW bicentenel unit. it took a un needed trip into a wall wrecking the long hood to the point the locomotive sat in my scrap box and had almost everything of use stolen from it. then i got the idea to do the oddball nrex locomotive that was done by brian banna. so its on now. the long hood is from a old kato shell and the cab is from one that i swaped out from one of my athearns for a cannon cab so i have milling to do but its a start. dale www.cascadelocomotiveworks.net

I like that. Now you just need to build it to run long hood forward.

One of my friends put a BBQ on the back porch of an SD40-2. Definitely draws a crowd. I think you should put a whole picnic on the back porch of that one though

I built one of those, and yes, it is definitely an attention getter. Good luck with it and keep us posted. I second the BBQ idea, I'm gonna do it on mine. Coupled to an SD40-2, you could put a restaraunt on there!

I'm building the same unit using the newer drive so I can power the rear truck.
