This is the San Martin Railroad at Buenos Aires. under those tracks, following the avenue of the bridge goes a tubbed subway river called "Arroyo Maldonado". This river collects the rain water of tne city. when it rains allot on a bit of time, the river collapse and the water flow to the surface. "D" line of Buenos Aires Metro sometimes are out of order because the same river near to this bridge. That day rained a lot an that was the results. The locomotive is a canadian buit EMD GT22-CW-2 tunnel motor style, and the other stopped at GRS signal is a Spain built Macosa/EMD J16 (a nice shoe box with a 16 cyl 567 prime mover) The crew on this loomotive got a first row sight, an unique show. Only in Argentina... Cheers, Mariano
