Yes the GP60 demo's where angled but it was the entire front that was angled not just the 2 front windows.......

Maybe it used to be a GP 30? check ou the small intakes behind the cab and raised area around the inertial filter hatch. The dynamic hatch is GP 9, but maybe a modded GP 30 with all the fairings removed? CN's rebuilt SD 40's and GP 9's have the entire cab face angled, not just center windows. This was done to reduce reflection of the rear cab windows for the crew.
