I took these pics on 1/05/2010 in Parkton, NC while on my way to Denver, PA. I had to wait 45 minutes so the sun could pop up high enough so there wouldn't be any shadows on the loco.

I've heard that it had a problem with the motor or something and its been sitting in this spot since 2006 or so.
There is also a sister unit #1802 somewhere in NC.

I Think that is a former Yankeetown Dock Co. Switcher...The YDC is located in southern Indiana, and back in the day, was owned by AMAX coal.
